EATeat ("we") takes food pre-orders through WhatsApp and this website.

What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number, the name you enter for the order, and your chosen pickup slot.
• The items you order and the payment reference from our payment provider (Cashfree). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.

How we use it

• To prepare your order, send you one WhatsApp confirmation, and pre-fill your name and slot next time.
• We do not send marketing messages, and we do not share your data with anyone except our payment provider as needed to process your payment.

How long we keep it

• Order details are removed from our systems after each day's orders are fulfilled; a daily order record is kept privately by the business for its accounts.
• Your phone number, latest name and last slot are kept so we can pre-fill your next order. WhatsApp message contents are not stored.
