Terms & conditions
These terms apply to food pre-orders placed with EATEAT FOOD VENTURES PVT LTD ("EATeat", "we") through WhatsApp and eateatfoodventures.com. By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering
- Send "hi" to our WhatsApp number to receive a personal menu link. The link is for you only and works for that day's menu.
- The menu for the next day is published after 2:45 PM. Pre-orders close at 10:00 AM on the day of pickup.
- Each order is for one pickup slot. Dishes, quantities and slots are subject to availability on the day's menu.
- An order is confirmed only after your payment succeeds. You then get an order code on the page and on WhatsApp.
Prices and payment
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of all taxes. No delivery or convenience fee is added.
- Payment is made online through our payment partner Cashfree Payments (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details.
- A payment page is valid for a limited time (up to 15 minutes, and never after 10:10 AM on the pickup day). Payments not completed in time are not charged.
Pickup
- Orders are for pickup only, at the place and time slot you chose (currently CDS, 12:15 PM or 1:15 PM). Please show your order code.
- Food is prepared fresh for your slot. Orders not collected on the same day cannot be held, refunded or carried over.
Cancellations and refunds
Paid orders are final. See our Refunds & cancellations policy.
Food information
- Each dish is marked veg (green dot) or non-veg (rust triangle). If you have an allergy, call us before ordering.
Liability
- If we cannot fulfil a paid order because of a problem on our side, we will contact you and make it right.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our control (for example network, payment-provider or WhatsApp outages).

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gurgaon, Haryana have jurisdiction.
